Company policies
Grandis Timber promotes sustainability, equality and safety for our employees, surrounding communities and other stakeholders. The incorporation of these principles into our day-to-day operations is achieved through the establishment of core management systems. We continuously strive to ensure that our daily operations exceed compliance standards and are fully transparent. Central to this are the following elements:
- Company Management Plan: Developed by Grandis Timber CEO and submitted for review by our Board of Directors.
- Company Policies:Developed by the Grandis Timber management team and submitted for review by our Board of Directors.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): These are the primary management tools for guidance of our project operations.
- Forest Stewardship Council (FSCTM): Grandis Timber became the first forestry company in Cambodia to receive Forest Stewardship Council certification in 2012. FSC has earned a reputation as the world’s most rigorous and credible forest certification system
